What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email, business name and message. We also note the page you sent it from and the ad campaign that brought you, if any.

How we use it

• To call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry.
• To keep a record of enquiries in our CRM, Itinerika.
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, using totals rather than individual people.

We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.

Travel leads

Travellers who ask for a quote on our campaigns are told their enquiry may be shared with up to three travel partners who can plan their trip. Agencies who buy leads agree to use them only to contact that traveller about their trip.
